1. Orders

All orders placed through our Website are considered confirmed once submitted.

Customers may request changes to an order before it is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders containing incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable information may be cancelled.

2. Order Refusal & Cancellation

Miss Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, including in cases involving:

  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Suspicious or fraudulent ordering activity.

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

  • Any other activity that may result in a loss or risk to the business.

Customers who have repeatedly refused COD orders in the past may be required to use an alternative payment method or may have future orders declined.

3. Shipping

Delivery timelines provided on the Website or through our customer support team are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Miss Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Miss Beauty.

4. Damaged, Broken, or Leaked Items

We take reasonable precautions to ensure that products are properly packed before dispatch. However, some beauty products and accessories are delicate and may be damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged, broken, leaked, or otherwise compromised product, you must contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide the required evidence, including photographs or videos of the package and product.

After reviewing the claim, Miss Beauty may, at its discretion, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a discount coupon or another remedy.

Damaged-item claims may require 7–10 business days to review and resolve.

Please note that damaged products may not automatically qualify for a return or exchange.

5. Product Information

Products displayed on www.missbeauty.com.pk are available for delivery within Pakistan only.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information are accurate, minor variations may occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual packaging, color, size, or appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Website.
